  • Andres Bonell

    Investment management professional, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with over twenty years of experience in business and non-for profit. Andres is involved in the strategy, development, and management of enterprises from inception to maturity, with a focus in legacy and development. As an advocate for humanitarian initiatives and philanthropic efforts, Andres has been engaged with local and international organizations with a focus in community development and social impact; founding member of the Help2Haiti foundation, created to assist families after the 2010 earthquake in Haiti; member of the board of Global Dreams, USA, with a focus in scholarship grants and mentoring of teenagers in Bogota, Colombia; member and mentor for the University of Florida Alumni Association, with a focus in mentoring students for their professional and personal growth; member of the board of Governors for the NSU Fort Lauderdale Museum of art.

  • Ravi Bhat

    Ravi’s passion is turning new ideas into reality. Throughout his career, he has adeptly blended his background in law, computer science, and communication to bring a unique perspective to his work.

    Prior to his life as a software entrepreneur, Ravi advised clients in high-stakes litigation on trial presentation strategy and effective jury communication. He frequently teaches and speaks on topics including product design, communication strategy, and data visualization.

    Ravi completed his juris doctor from Washington University in St. Louis and is admitted to practice in Illinois. His undergraduate studies at Indiana University, Bloomington focused on cognitive science and computer science. Ravi is the 2004 winner of the Lewis F. Powell Medal for Excellence in Advocacy from the American College of Trial Lawyers and 2015 Distinguished Alumni Award from the Indiana University Cognitive Science Program.

    Ravi serves on the boards of directors for IU Ventures, Techpoint, and The Mill. He also serves on the Executive Dean's Advisory Board for the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University.

    Eric is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategist with a proven track record in the finance and consumer services sectors. He founded Dynamic Capital, one of the largest finance origination companies in Florida’s alternative lending space, which he successfully scaled and sold in 2018. Over his career, Eric has helped thousands of businesses and individuals access capital and financial guidance through innovative, client-first solutions.

    Eric is widely recognized for building high-performance teams, driving operational excellence, and leading with a growth-oriented mindset. His leadership spans business development, marketing, and sales strategy, and he brings deep expertise in creating systems that drive sustainable scale.

    Beyond his business accomplishments, Eric is a passionate leader, mentor, and motivator. His personal mantra—"Always Bring Value"—shapes the way he approaches business, relationships, and service. He brings this same philosophy to his role on the board, where he is committed to expanding the foundation’s impact and contributing to a mission-driven future.

  • Nancy Salerno

    Nancy A. Salerno founded Salerno Law, P.C. in 2010. Her practice focuses on estate planning, asset protection, business law, and domestic and international tax law. She advises families and small business owners on matters ranging from choice of entity, company formation, and corporate governance to simple and complex estate and tax planning. Nancy earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program, her Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law, and is a Pi Gamma Mu graduate of the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Her philanthropic mission began with serving on the Board of Directors for Disability Law Colorado from 2013 to 2018. In 2020, she and her partners formed a 501(c)(3) Colorado nonprofit organization, Mr. Anonymous Philanthropic Society, Inc. (“MAPS”), to provide employment to those most affected by the pandemic and to promote unity and peace in communities through music. Today, she is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the International Art Project, furthering its mission to promote a world where art is activated as a force to fund projects that strengthen communities locally and globally.

  • Shaun Sharabi

    As co-founder of Better Earth, a residential solar company, he helped scale the business to over $150M in revenue and 500+ employees in 3 years, while integrating social impact into its mission. He has donated resources to humanitarian projects globally, including going on a week-long trip to Nepal to install solar & battery systems in a community without reliable electricity. Now the founder of Interlock Ventures, Shaun focuses on supporting founders, scaling mission-driven businesses, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with his community. Coming from an immigrant family, he’s deeply committed to using business as a force for good, and sees tremendous opportunity with the IAP to create impact locally & globally.

  • Zach Sibrel

    Zachary Sibrel serves as the President of Indiana at WalkerHughes Insurance, where he leads enterprise-wide revenue strategy, business development, and client engagement initiatives. With more than two decades of executive experience in the insurance and risk management sector, Mr. Sibrel has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and client-focused innovation.

    Prior to his current role, Mr. Sibrel was President and Chief Executive Officer of German American Insurance, where he guided the organization through a period of significant expansion and transformation. His earlier roles include Executive Vice President at German American and Risk Consultant at ONI Risk Partners, where he developed deep expertise in commercial insurance, legal liability, and risk advisory services.

    In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Sibrel is actively involved in community and charitable initiatives throughout Southern Indiana. He has supported local nonprofit organizations, youth development programs, and regional economic development efforts, reflecting his belief in the importance of giving back and strengthening the communities he serves.

    Mr. Sibrel is a graduate of Indiana State University and is widely respected for his leadership, industry insight, and dedication to both professional and civic advancement.
